Lmao at that ref guarding Jaygup. Literally started playing man defense when it looked like KPJ was gonna pass him the ball to the point where it affected what KPJ wanted to do. Thanks for the help tanking ref. League wants the Rockets to get that top 3 pick again
Back-to-back perfect losses. Kept it close. Young guys played well. Secured the L at the end. With that loss, Houston can afford to win the second one against the Kings and can still lose out to guarantee themselves to be in the bottom three, which should ultimately be the goal to maximize their chances at a top 4 pick.
I remember him when we drafted him back in 1999. Why you want him back dribbling the ball? https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/w/washity01.html
It’s not in neither clip. It’s the play when he went behind his back on Mitchell in transition and hit Garuba for a layup
Thank goodness they lost. Thank GOODNESS. I swear I felt like I was watching a Rockets playoff game lol.
You must have a Giant memory if you can pull out a second rounder from 1999 that never played a single minute in the NBA.
When KPj went up for the two handed layup and jacked up Josh Jackson's jaw, I was softly screaming at the referees to give KP a tech and throw him out of the game. I am more committed to losing right now than I've ever been before. I'm all in. Feels weird. Go Pistons, Magic and Thunder! Just win, BABY!
Perfect loss. Lots of minutes and shots for the younglings. Some experience in some high leverage moments. And squeak away with the loss. Can't script it any better than that.
When you give up as much as you get…. It happens. The overall level of defense in this game by everyone was actually embarrassing… it’s like everyone on both teams got together and agreed to let everyone get their’s.
Fun and enjoyable game. Our youngsters did well. AND we kept the tank rolling. Best of both worlds. This is the type of the game I like.
