You do not have to know, a man with common sense would know it is either cancer, a rare disease or that one.

Maybe they are estranged friends, but it was well documented they go back, and as friends, you would probably tip toe around each other more?

There are only so many occasions that a woman would completely shave her head bald.

I find Chris Rock funny. I like several of Will Smith's movies. Even before this I never looked up to either of them as role models and even though I'm not a black man I certainly don't consider them representative of black men.

I can say as an Asian man if Sima Liu went up and slapped Ken Jeong I wouldn't feel embarrassed as an Asian.

 

Will just dropped the expected apology on social media. Pretty textbook.

 

I know you were being somewhat facetious before, and I agree that self-defense is a legitimate reason for violence - in reality to you are using violence trying to prevent violence when you feel you have no other option.

I think Will Smith is an idiot for what he did. He laughed at the joke clearly he understood it was humor and because his wife was offended he had to get angry to not be shown up as a man. All he did was show how much he is a boy and not a man.

But is an insult ever worthy of violence? I admit that once traveling in East Asia when I was 21 I met an Italian guy who made a remark about Indian culture that was very offensive - although I didn't think he meant it to be offensive at first. I dismissed it and then he tried to connect it back to my father, and I popped him one immediately. I don't think he was looking for a fight, as he looked pretty stunned as he felt his face. I didn't say anything and just walked away. To this day there is part of me that feels I had to hit him, but in truth I know I was wrong as I know today I wouldn't strike someone for that and would handle it much differently.
