Actually, I have reconsidered. Whether or not something is cool is an entirely subjective determination. If you think something is cool, then it is cool to you and I have no authority to judge your perceptions of coolness. So no, you don't have a low bar. It was a strong speech and a strong message, I was surprised honestly. I think his enemies will try to take the last end about Putin remaining in power as some kind of call for war or assassination, but I think he is clearly saying that Putin's days are numbered as the people of Russia will get rid of him.
