That's not even remotely how that works. By the way, your "statistics" appear to be a bit off. Most research suggests the number may be as high as 10%. And while 10% may not seem like a high number to some, it certainly is if you're one of the falsely accused. Or even worse, if you're a victim who isn't believed because of someone else's false accusation.
