This could change after tonight's games.

I get what you're saying and somewhat agree. It's a bittersweet pill. We complain all year that we're not getting due respect and here we get presented with the ultimate respect...and we don't want it. haha...

I'll take wrestling with the weight of this as opposed to being where ECU, USF and others are at. Damn it feels good to be gangsta'!

Was hoping for the Michigan revenge game, but feared their bigs a little. But Nova is just so solid. Really hope we'll make our 3s because I'm not confident that the pressure D will rattle them much.

Exactly. And, we have to keep the turnovers down.

I haven't complained about getting respect. I actually don't really take that into much consideration. I believe UH was right where they should be pretty much all year as far as attention. They're a good team that plays incredibly hard at all times, lead by a great coach.

The reality is being in the AAC weighs them down as far as real recognition and attention. That'll all change when the B12 happens. The average person wouldn't even know what the AAC is and the makeup of the teams

Being favored in the AAC to win it, makes a ton of sense. They're by far the best team. Being favored in March madness where favs are knocked out left and right. A bit different.

But anything can happen. Onto Saturday and Villanova!

Jwan Roberts and Reggie Chaney have been so money for us in this tournament run

We'll be losing size with the departure of Carlton and White but these guys have us covered

I legit thought AZ was doing hack-a-chaney. He's so bad at the line.

They beat Arizona even with Taze Moore and Fabian White only having seven points, combined. Need big contributions from both tomorrow, I think. Hopefully Shead gets a lot of rest. Fatigue is probably a big reason he had those three big turnovers at the end.

Fabian is due for a big game. He's been having just an awful tournament so far.

Shead has gone through all 3 pokemon evolutions this season and Edwards is just money from range.

chaney isn't that bad of a ft shooter to do that. In fact he's actually respectable. He's regressed this year with being hurt since the beginning of the season which will probably require surgery on his hand, after the season is over and less of a role and moved to spot minutes

he only had the turnovers because they went hard trap in the corner on all of those. Hou just didn't do a good job of space and getting to the ball to help. it wasn't about fatigue

We've been great at beating trap and press all year. Especially vs Illiniois and UAB. I cannot believe how badly we melted down 3 possessions in a row there. Just poor decision making.

They didn't do it all game. Arizona just happen to do the trap right at those moments. It happens. We have to remember shead isn't the biggest dude either.

White was getting hard doubled on the catch. If we do a better job of getting 4-on-3 downhill against that, it would makeup for not having a huge scoring night.

I, like many of you, remember being the favorite with PSJ, and relish getting to this point again. While it didn't turn out before, it appears that will be the case quite often now. Get comfortable with it, because we're back to stay.

    Eat em up Coogs!

I would love nothing more than to whip UCLA’s ass for the championship
