There were atleast 3 pro days the Texans were at on the same day. There probably more they were at. They cannot be everywhere…
Iowa St ran a ton of 2 TE sets, and he was never the "blocking guy", but he's better at it than you realize. Amazing receiving TE.
What issues? There aren’t any big time prospects from that region this year. There will be regional pro-day. That’s just Deion trying to bring notoriety to a small school.
#1 I never said anything positive about Easterbunny. I think he is irrelevant. #2. Jackson State doesn’t have any players rated as draftable this season. Why would the Texans pick them over other schools? Texans can watch film and then invite someone to a workout if they want.
This is the exact sentiment he's fighting to change. Most definitely is talent to scout. From a PR standpoint alone with all the Flores accusations.
Man I have already gone rounds with you over a PS5 of all things. I don't have time tonight, you know we will end up fighting. Will not engage, you win.
That’s fair. They’re isn’t a bunch of talent this year down there. But I don’t find it weird a black head coach didn’t go to a HBC pro day
No it's definitely not weird cmoak, Sanders still has deep connections and wanted scouts to set a new standard, I do believe he feels there is legitimate NFL talent on that team who deserves a look. He managed to get 24 other teams to attend which was pretty incredible.
Meh, shouldn’t kowtow to Deion. If there’s talent to scout, they’ll scout. There is no reason to skip other bigger programs to go down there just to appease Deion or try to make it look like you care.
If you think he’s a lockdown corner like Ramsey then it’s absolutely not too early. He’s probably a step below that but I wouldn’t rule it out
Yup…he definitely won’t be there at 13. If Hutchinson and Hamilton go 1 & 2 then Gardner might be the best option for the Texans at 3 if they can’t trade down.
