Yes I would certainly restrain her from going on a date with Anthony lamb at this point. You know what, im done in this thread for now. The rape culture apologies disguised as "open mindedness" are appalling.
Evidence needs to be provided first. That is why this country has a court system. He might be guilty. Maybe not. But anyone, women included, need to have some forms of evidence if they are going to accuse someone of something. Especially if that something can ruin someone's reputation and life.
He wasn't convicted, that is the important thing. Everyone is still remembering the Kobe Denver case.
The court system is here to make sure there is evidence before someone is sentenced to prison or held financially liable. Public opinion is about changing culture. We have no power when it comes to lamb getting sued or put in prison. As a society, we have power to influence rape culture. Deferring to the court system in cultural matters enables rape culture to persist -youre on the wrong side of history if you tolerate this.
