    Why would I care if Disney was making more LGBTQ content? I don't understand what you are trying to criticize

    You know the Disney parks already sell quite of bit of Pride merchandise and have for a while, right? And again, how is it affecting YOU?

    I think the concept of "LGBTQ content" is weird. Then again so is race or gender based content and that stuff has existed forever.

    When I read the headline I had the feeling this was just corporate CYA talk.

    I don't think Disney wants to be seen as discriminatory but I doubt that this "taskforce" means much. I fully expect them to issue an "action plan" about how we are going "leverage the current state of cultural affairs" to "empower our employees and patrons to create the most welcoming and positive environment at our experiential assets.."

    This whole Florida bill is just a political trap laid out by the Republicans because I don’t think they show broke back mountain to kindergartners.
    But these suckers fall for it like admiral ackbar.
