Harden had a negative impact on the Rockets. Voters consider that. There were 6 guards more deserving than Harden. There weren't 6 forwards more deserving than Lebron. Kyrie Irving played 54 games while Harden played 36 games for the Nets. The Nets don't get to the 2nd seed without Irving. Also, Irvings scoring efficiency was much better than Harden's.
