I think Chet would make a better team mate with Wood as a PF than Jabari (as Jabari would make Wood redundant in ways). So there's that.

Let's not draft for fit with Wood please, lol.

I'm not. I'm for Jabari. But it all depends on what the front office sees.

I think it's Jabari Smith then Paulo and would be happy with either of them at the 4. Then try to grab Kessler for the 5 even trading up to do it. Run it with Green and I would love to keep KPJ here in some capacity just don't see him as the point, I'd bring back Schroeder or another vet in that capacity.

Chet, I'm sorry I just don't see it Manut Bol always looked like Manut Bol his body type is what it is and while he may be a good shot blocker I want more out of a top 5 pick then blocked shots and someone who camps at the 3 point line and doesn't have the ability to offensive rebound.

Back to Smith and Banchero - they look the part and should be able to step in day one and do what they do and improve their game year to year, you're not waiting for them to turn into something they re not.

I wanted Mobley but am very pleased with Green.

Chet is still the best prospect in the draft. Jabari is 1b to Chet 1a.
Chet upside is significantly higher than Jabari, while their floor is pretty similar. Elite 3&D bigs.

Paolo is a talented offensive player.
    Ivey is redundant.

Can't help but love Timme after last night's performance and interviews.

For some reason, I had disliked the guy dating back to last year, because of the goofy mustache.

Ivey is arguably the second or third best prospect in this draft. You don’t have a potential Dwayne Wade type player in the crosshairs and not take him.

Ivey is an elite talent. He’s not above Chet or Jabari. If we’re at 3 I’d take him

People like to **** on Kwame Brown but he actually played in the league for 12 seasons. Not a lot of guys do that. And even fewer do that after having the GOAT destroy their confidence daily for years before they can even legally drink alcohol.

I would be thrilled if we got a guy like Kwame at 16-20. At #1? Hell no. But a guy who can be productive for 12 years in the NBA? Absolutely I'd take that from 16-20.

Any pass first PG with good defense and 3pt shooting that we should target with the Nets pick? I only read about centers and of and think, a PG would really help us as well…

The absolute last thing the Rockets need is more guards to get buried on the depth chart.

If the Rockets use both first round picks, they pretty much have to be used on either forwards or centers.

Between Green, KPJ, Christopher, Mathews, and Nix you already have more than enough without even considering that you'll also possibly still have Wall and Gordon on the roster.

He was a bust any way you twist it. The only reason he was in the
league that long was because he had the body of a Greek God
and everyone hoped things would click one day mentally and
catch up to his body. The joke body of Tarzan but played like Jane
    was appropriate for Kawme.

But it's easy to see the guy didn't apply himself. He could have
been extraordinary and a beast in the league.

Put John Stockton heart and determination in the Kawme Brown body and you
have an unstoppable force. Just my opinion.

Duren was in the top 6 before the season started and I said back then I would
stay away from him. This college season has been about him developing a shot....
I'm not seeing it. We have Garuba for what Duren brings....we don't need two of them.

Better future combo for Houston … Ivey & Wembanyama or Chet & Scoot Henderson?

100% if anything I think Duren really hurt himself with these two tourney games.

EJ Liddell can play the 3/4 in the nba. Blocks shots too. Would be a good late 1st/early 2nd round pick for some team.

one of the frustrating things about our callas attitude towards late 1st rounders or 2nd rounders is that there are players worth gambling on. Gordon should have been moved for a late 1st. That was just a straight up mistake by Stone.

Ive never bought into the Duren hype. Even before the Tourney he's not been on my radar for either of our picks. There's prospects I'd rather have with our own and the Nets pick.

For instance even if Duren fell, I'd rather have a guy like Sochan who along with Garuba would give us two excellent versatile defensive prospects.

    Bigger, better version of Tate.

This Gillespie is heating up, solid big guard.
