Christian plays really aggressive when we play crappy centers and becomes a wall flower with the real physical guys. Don’t forget the other team’s centers (both of them) had career nights as usual. The only way Wood should stay on this team is an experiment at SF or off the bench. No matter what comes out of the draft, I’m certain we will try and land a rim protector. If we don’t then it is because we are tanking for another year.

Wood is just A guy . And he’s currently overpaid even at his 12 mil .

doesn’t contribute **** to winning ... all his proponents are like ... if he just had a coach , if he just had structure , if he just had better teammates ... literally everything else has to be perfect for this guy to help us win .

otherwise ... it’s empty stats . He makes poor decisions most of the time . He contributes nothing on D .

he’s got good skill and good size , but a brain the size of a pea and a heart even smaller .

Jalen needs to watch out or he might be labeled as a casual.

That's the frustrating part about it; like you can see Wood having the necessary tools/skills to excel in the NBA at a higher level but for whatever reason he's just not doing the things to get to that level. Sure it's nice to say you're a 20/10 guy (technically 18/10) but you can be a whole lot better than that. Hit your free throws (if you can drain 39% from 3 you can hit at least 75% of your FTs); set better picks; play better defense.

That’s been his whole career even in college. Lots of inconsistencies. Mental gaps. Some games he looks like an all star while other games not so much. Psychological. So much more of his focus is on himself and not the team. Its not about him. Until he learns this he will never be the player fans and the organization wants him to be.
