Hulu has released the first trailer for the high-profile event series “Pam & Tommy” along with setting a February 2nd premiere date. The series explores the true story behind the release of the first-ever viral video – the honeymoon tape of “Baywatch” star Pamela Anderson (Lily James) and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee (Sebastian Stan) – which was stolen by a disgruntled electrician. The series, which has no involvement from the real-life pair, also stars Seth Rogen, Nick Offerman, Taylor Schilling, Andrew Dice Clay, Pepi Sonuga, Spencer Granese, and Mozhan Marno. Intriquing show really. They trying to indicate that the tape kind of killed her career. Though I did not think it helped. . .. . I think they over inflate her abilities. She's a total ditsy blonde. The tape didn't kill her career. She was never going to make it as an actress unless she took her clothes off in some form. Nobody wants to watch her try to act in a serious role. Like you said...highly replaceable skill set. Looks only. It was funny watching the episode where she was fighting to include her silly monologue in a "Baywatch" episode and the producers/director were all like, "we would rather just film you running into the water from the beach" instead. lol
