That's a cop out and a lame excuse, chief. There's bad people in all industries and walks of life. Saying "don't watch football because there might be other sexual predators" is absurd. It sounds like your justification for continuing to root for a person who clearly has done some awful things. You're familiar with "two wrongs don't make a right?" Kraft or any other human being sexual assaulting or harassing another person is unacceptable, and doesn't make what Deshaun did OK. I don't care if they're an NFL player or owner or just some random middle-class person working a 9-5. It's wrong. And if I found any person on any team I rooted for did the kinds of things Deshaun was accused of, I would question whether I wanted to continue to support that player and that team. But it doesn't mean I'm going to stop watching the sport completely.

To answer your question, I didn't vote for him. I believe his accusers and I believe Watson's. You seek to minimize the bad conduct by both by alleging without any proof that it's common to all men with wealth and power. That's not true. But even if it were, the answer is not to excuse all bad actors - it's to condemn the behavior regardless of who does it. Have a moral backbone.

Look man, I get hating him, and I'm not saying he's absolved of guilt, or that he didn't sexually assault anyone. But the reality is that a grand jury took a giant dump on all of the allegations that he did anything illegal, so while they may have been wrong, it doesn't make a lot of sense to continue persisting that he raped and/or assaulted women. Sexual assault is a crime, and he wasn't charged with it. It's just weird that you and others are still doing this. I can't stand Deshaun bc of what he did to the city and the organization, but maybe we should chill on continuing to accuse him of crimes.
Nothing the grand jury did or said says he’s innocent. 2 women testified. He got off on a technicality and having a good lawyer. I’m not going to believe Watson over 22 women that said he forcefully touched them with his dick. That is sexual assault whether there isn’t enough “evidence” to go to criminal charges or not.
Also, Watson is rich and famous. The chances of him getting charged were always slim. That doesn’t mean he didn’t sexually assault those women. Cosby literally got out of prison on a technicality.

You can't accuse someone of committing a crime just bc you want them to be guilty or you don't like their character. It's like saying, well how do we KNOW that it ISN'T TRUE!! Saying that doesn't actually make it true, it just points out that we can't possibly know for sure. But I'm not the one arguing that he's innocent. You, however, are arguing that he is 100% guilty. Damn, I guess we can't separate the legal from the trade package discussion no matter how hard we try. BTW, I don't get the Trump vs Watson comparison. If anything, Clinton and Monica is a closer comp. In any case, history is littered with powerful men taking advantage of their positions to abuse both women and men.
