Ryan and Baker are not going be in a return for Watson. Maybe they can get picks for them to trade the Texans. But Texans would be dumb to take on a high priced QB
And because they don't have picks, they'd have to piecemeal out their defense in order to beat other offers. Texans would hard pass and Deshaun definitely wouldn't waive his NTC to go to that team.
