There were times where Harden was hated on and it was not deserved, he did some incredible things in Houston and probably deserved another MVP award with how he carried the Rockets. With that said, with what we know now he deserves the criticism. We usually speculated on him being hung over certain games, but he has outright said that he would be up all night when lil baby and other rappers hit him up late night when they decided to come into town and spent all night in the studio with them because he didnt want to miss the opportunity to hang out with those master minds lol. Not only did he do this, but felt it was a cool story to tell lol. The other stories about him coming to practice when he wanted or taking his own private plane because he wanted to go off to vegas for a night and meet the team later, i dont know if this is common for other super stars to do, but i dont think every player is doing this. I am glad we will not be paying him max money into his late 30s.

You can hide him against crap teams like the Knicks or pretenders like the Bulls and he’ll show up against them but when you put him up against actual good teams and need him to step up… good luck

    They're right you know.

Harden momma gotta be like I sat court side for this shiet?

Too busy thinking about partying with Da lil baby after the game forgot about people that actually matter.

You losers can be mad and upset at me for Harden’s suckage. I understand…. you gotta blame somebody.

They could easily drop to the 5th seed in the east if those two are going to be missing a lot of these final 17 games. Even the 6th seed.

I suppose health might be more important than seeding. Cant say that's stupid.

As it happens, Cleveland may be their opponent either way. But in one scenario, the Cavs, not the 76ers have home court advantage.

Add this to Harden's uncertainty and I see Philly 5 or 6 in the east.

What’s that got to do with Harden going 3-17 and -30 in front of his mama sitting courtside? Stay on topic and quit trying to deflect Sojaboy.

I don’t really hate Harden as much as people think. I do hate his delusional fanbois that talk **** to me and continue to put him up on a pedestal when he’s long gone. I didn’t get what I wanted. That would’ve entailed his fan club leaving with him. So as long as y’all are here and Harden sucks ima make sure you know.

The recent game was an awful loss for Philly of course, but it kind of felt like Game 1 in a seven-game series, where one team comes out with much more aggression and imposes its will on the opposing team.

But that doesn't necessarily mean the series is over. It could lead to a four-game sweep, but the pendulum also often swings back.

Anyway, it would be great to see a seven-game series between these two teams. Philly is a better team than what they just showed. They do need more time together to gel and figure out what to do when defenses clamp down.

I still think the Nets would be favored if they get Simmons back, vaccination mandates get lifted so that Irving can play, and everyone stays healthy. They have a motivated Durant and their depth is better than Philly's.

Danny Green's old ass is sorely missed. Thybulle is so trash offensively that he's going to be a liability in the playoffs. I can't take the Sixers seriously without a upgrade at the wing spot. Durant/Tatum/Brown/Derozan will kill them.

I've never understood the obsession with Thybulle on these boards. Yeah he is an awesome defender but he is such a negative on the offensive end that you can leave him out there.

I think Harden wore himself out running the stairs. He looks pretty dead-legged.

In all seriousness, say what you want about his extra-curricular activities, the truth is Harden has a LOT of hard miles on his body. Nobody, especially a ball dominant guard, is immune to the effects of father time.

Harden was a great player, but there were certain tendencies he never learned how to overcome. He still doesn't have a good counter to a double team late in the shot clock when he is isolating behind the three point line.

It is still the same thing: double team forces rushed bad pass with 4 seconds on the shot clock, ends up with some poor desperation 3 point heave with the clock expiring.
