That's pretty damn sick. Shows the mentality of those who like Putin's way of politics better. Scary as hell really that any Americans would feel that way, but I guess a lot of Republican voters do.
A huge chunk of this country wishes we were run by an autocratic strong man who poisoned journalists for being too woke and bathed in the blood of his critics.
I don't know if that chunk really wants to be run by an autocratic strong man, or that the constant demonization of Democrats by conservative media has them convinced that a Democrat is truly the worst option. Hell, I think there are centrists/moderates who default to this kind of thinking - hence the constant attempts to compare someone like AOC to MTG or L Boebert.
I thought they caught a loony bug during Trump, but how did it get this far? They dug in like dogs in **** when libs started making a big deal out of Russia? Is that their collective habit now? Or the media they consume is just that powerful and hypnotic?
