Not even remotely. Big difference in not enough evidence to indict and innocent. It had to go through DA office and courts to even get to grand jury.
Exactly. So, if they couldn't find any evidence or enough evidence to indict, doesn't that means he's innocent in the eyes of justice?
That’s not how that works. It wasn’t all of the cases, some of the victims didn’t want to go that route. And lack of sufficient evidence doesn’t mean innocent in legal terms. He still has 22 civil cases to resolve, your savior is still a piece of **** that got off on technicalities and being rich and famous. Get used to him being gone and seeing his backside, he might let you oil it for him.
While true, failure to obtain an indictment is quite rare. It really means the prosecutor didn't have anything. As a judge once said, a prosecutor could convince a grand jury to "indict a ham sandwich." As an aside, that same judge was later indicted.
Man I can’t wait to see the return we get back. This will be the biggest bidding war in a long long time.
Exciting time for Texans fans... Unfortunately I can't mentally invest in the team anymore... But I will follow them from afar... lol
CMC, Horn, Burns, 3 1sts (‘22, ‘23, ‘24) & 2 2nds (‘23 & ‘24) Give them Watson & Tunsil! Just pull the bandaid off in one shot! Gives you offensive & defensive building blocks & draft capital they seek!
Texans should be trying to get Deshaun Watson to rethink his trade demand now that Lovie is coach. That's what a competently run organization would do.
No charges should now start a frenzy! Saints? That caught me off guard but Ok let’s get it on! What was that 4 first rounders?
