Israel walking the line between Russia and America because of Syria. It still feels pretty pathetic from our close ally.

Israel tells them to take the deal when they never will. Hypocrites.

How many billions of dollars have we spent for such a close ally? Just shows you the cost if Ukraine falls to Russia. This is solely because Israel is scared to death of Putin since he's basically in control of Syria with a puppet in Assad.

The American evangelical right too will take note of this partnership and it'll just draw them closer to Putin's messianic appointment. Pat Robertson's diatribe the other day should alarm everyone here in the US that isn't drinking to cool aid. It sounded crazy at the time, but there's a real chance that the sentiment on the right changes overnight in regards to Putin.

    Who lost their Babushka? LOL

Context: The media was interviewing a young Ukranian man with a guitar at a refugee transition point and an announcement came over the intercom "Who lost their Babushka?". Babushka translates into grandmother. The young man being interviewed started laughing really hard. It was funny. Speaking of Babushkas, apparently there is a 'Babushka Battalion' ready to protect Ukraine from Russia. Break out the dough rolling pins! Babushkas....CHARGE!!!

Babushkas in Ukraine dominate the online Counterstrike games. Who knew?

But it was the afghans fault that we invaded and ****ed their country and pumped and dumped them. You are a racist hypocrite if the highest order. .
during the first USSR invasion 1:10 -1:15 afghans lost their lives. I highly doubt you were as upset then.

    Go fight your own wars

That's not artillery. That's a dude with a rocket about 30 yards away. I seriously doubt he made it out alive considering all of the machine gun fire and shells that position took.

Rocket launchers are artillery. And yes there's a good chance the attackers did not survive.

It's only a matter of time before Erdogan and Orban start to defect. They don't want to lose the protection of NATO because that would be extremely unpopular in their country but both of those guys and their hard right wing parties are very pro Putin in the way they operate. Both guys are also anti-democracy, and will take every advantage they can to weaken it so it'll be more feasible for them to expand their power in Turkey & Hungary. So whatever they can do to blame Biden, France, UK, etc. they'll take.

The question for right wing nuts like Erdogan, Trump, and Tucker Carlson types is what the hell would you have done then in 2014? We sanctioned Putin fairly heavily at the time, and it did nothing to deter Putin longterm. It actually made him change calculus from expanding via war efforts, and made him adjust to cyber, and disinformation which was what his investment into Trump, and LePen was about.

Had Obama, and co. not taken actions via sanctions Putin would have continued to attack militarily. Hillary would have continued the path and been potentially harder on Putin than Obama was so that's a good reason why he wanted no part of Hillary getting elected, and pushed for Trump so bad. He wanted her at the very least weakened. He got more than he could have ever asked for with Trump, and Putin didn't even need to act during Trump's term because he thought he was getting what he wanted without war.

Then came Zelensky, and then came Biden winning, and then Putin felt he needed to act quick before the US, NATO, and Ukraine eventually came together to bring Ukraine and others into the fold.

And here we are.... (sorry for the long history lesson, but important context for Erdogan's stupid claim here, and what you'll likely here echoe'd on Tucker Carlson tonight)
