So with our win against Grizzlies, our last 20 games record are better than Nets?? wow, could never imagine this at the start of the season.
They will. Durant is too good and Adam Silver will do everything he can to get him into the postseason for ratings. Pick still will turn out much better than anybody could have anticipated before the season though, so that's nice.
I have been considering this pick ever since the trade, which as you know was never not in consideration before.
It's going to get better for us as the years go by. Kyrie could retire any given moment. Durant is going to jump ship soon. Ben Simmons is literally trash.
More complete than their previous iteration and more balanced. All comes down to KD and Kyrie being available.
More complete than with harden on the team? I really am not understanding this, especially against a depleted Heat team, and they still lost. It was still the Durant show.
That’s fine if you disagree. Having three max players means the rest of the team is a bunch of vet min, rookies, and Joe Harris. Their team looks more complete and balanced now that they moved on from Harden. I don’t think they have as a high ceiling unless Simmons kills it.
I really don't have an opinion but they still have a bunch of vet min and Curry, so I don't see the difference, but I did not watch the game so what do I know.
agreed the nets will make a climb up the standings over this next month. But the pick will still end up being much better than we thought when we got it. Now trade it and other assets for something of significant impact.
My guess is it ends up around 18 or so. But as you say, that is better than I would have thought back when we landed the picks. I think I expected this years pick to fall in the 22-25th range initially.
