hes a walking bucket...best scorer in the post and he doesnt even have the moves.... hes just improvising on the spot 3pt training is only holding him back...but longterm perhaps it could be a nice thing to have in the arsenal...
i dont think hakeem gonna help him much...perhaps just give him a PR push to get coaches and management to play him more or increase his trade value... alpi doesnt realy needs much coaching or mentoring, just more playing time, hes a natural!
Makes me sad that all the Sengun threads have practically died out. The Sengun hype and excitement is virtually nonexistent now. Thanks Silas. There was only a handful of reasons that made watching this awful team worthwhile and it seems like you’ve gone out of your way to ruin most of them. The things you didn’t ruin certainly wasn’t from a lack of trying. Big middle finger to us I guess.
This year is way more about deciding who are keepers than winning games. Sengun is a keeper. Makes sense to play the guys we are not sure about more than the ones we are, this year. Next year though... I still wonder why all the complaining about Silas. All a better coach at this time would do for us is worsen our 2022 pick. Those that think we would even smell the playoffs with a different coach are delusional. All the complaining makes me want an Asperen.
He’s already such a dangerous passer - just need to copy what Denver does with Jokic, put him in a scoring position and let teams choose to double him and deal with the pass or deal with the consequences of defending him in the paint. That being said, his biggest point of focus this off-season is definitely going to be playing defense without fouling and playing decent enough on ball defense when he gets caught on switches with faster players. He’s not as bad defensively as I thought he would be but he would be exposed badly against other team’s starters.
We need to decide on Sengun and what we think his position is. The offense IMO needs to be modified around him and Green. Give the man the ball in the post.
Big Sengun fan here. One thing he should still practice, in addition to his 3-point shot, is to turn other way from screen. He is never opening, after setting the pick. I don't know, why coaching staff has not corrected that.
lol he doesnt need a 3 pointer...3pt is just a fad....he can dominate like yanis without 3 pt shot....remember when cp3 beat lebron the goat in the playoffs, playing with one hand not even shooting 3 pointers?....perhaps you would remember if the vaccine didnt damaged your brain... TAKE THAT FOR DATA
