It's weird how opposing bigs all seem to put up All Star numbers against the Rockets.

    I disagree!
Hitting the rookie wall implies he was playing much better earlier and now he's not.
To me he just had an off night.

The thing is imo I have not been that impressed with him at all this year!
When he does have a good game offensively it's because he hustles and scores in scramble or put back situations.
I have not seen much that integrates into an offensive system from him, other than the occasional night when his 3 ball is falling.

And I've NEVER seen this defensive stopper Stone opines about.
I see him get blown by waaay too many times!
He's got an NBA body but I don't see a lot of skills yet.
He's young though so I'm hopeful.

It's almost as if our center wants our guards to defend the post

I like JC but this is true.

I also think he’s playing out of position as a pg as well though.

That's only when he lapses into ball stopper mode.
When the offense is flowing and the ball is swinging he plugs right in and even stops that damned pump faking threes.

    He's still learning.

Maybe Boogie did us a favor by exposing a problem that keeps getting ignored.

Boogie looked like he was over the fear of re-injury tonight he was much quicker with and without the ball.

Still not fast, this is boogie, but fast enough and skilled.

I’m still salty that Nix got no burn last night when the three guys we played at point guard last night were an abject disaster.
