Crypto is also how India is supposedly going to work around the sanctions on Russia.

I have no idea what point you are trying to make.

Who is ISIS in this equation?

I am not excusing what the U.S. did, but I don't see the parallels.

Who is not being honest here?

Right. This war is a huge case for crypto decentralization.

However, if the sanctions get rigid enough, then bordering countries will have armed crossings not allowing shipments in or out of Russia. So the goods would need to be smuggled.

Isis is irrelevant. My point is when we go to war we kill a lot of civilians as well. Russia isn't the only country guilty of this. Yes, Raqqa and Mosul are different scenarios. Isis was using civilians as human shields. My only point is war is horrible and even when the best and most sophisticated military in the world goes to war a lot of civilians die.

I could see a lot of anti aircraft being set up in western Ukraine with more coming from nato. I am talking about state of the art anti aircraft defenses. And a lot of supplies going to western Ukraine. Wouldn’t be surprised if Ukraine forces fall back to western Ukraine. Fortify the areas in western Ukraine. I can’t see Ukraine forces holding out in the capital much longer I am afraid.

I don’t think so but they will cut off any Russian made items from those countries. So they can’t by pass the sanctions

I wonder if Russia is using their stealth fighters in the war. It would be nice to take one down

Yeah, that is why the armchair American keyboard warriors who cheer the Ukrainians fighting to the end are full of it. This is why they were all in on Dubya's war or Iraq for instance and will probably back the next similarly useless war.

Is it too naïve hope that the detailed videos of white Ukrainians fleeing (when when we were largely spared similar humanizing videos of "shock and awe" carnage might cause them to reflect a bit.

Ukraine passports have priority for refugees as their government is in the middle of war. If you're a passport holder to a different nation, its actually that nations responsibility to get you out, but they aren't not letting you out...they just are prioritizing the people with passports to Ukraine whose government has a different priority right now.

For instance, a bunch of Indian passport holders just took off on jets today from Western Ukraine that their government provided.

That is entirely because they are dependent on Russian weapons to counter China up until the last few years. They've been moving away from Russian systems for a while, but their entire missile defense system is Russian.
