This is a fundamentally bad team. I guess Silas should be given one more year, but he’s got to get them more prepared in basically every single area or he should be gone. They are not trending in the right direction at all, and that’s on him.
From what I am seeing from Green, the last few weeks especially - he's showing a LOT of growth. His patience is so high - almost too high. He's really trying to take in feedback and play right. I'm not regretting this pick.
