This is why garbage time is valuable for a player like Green. If dumbass Silas played Green in garbage time all year long to allow him to gain confidence, he would be averaging 20 PPG and be further along.

 

love that silas gave green more minutes (20) - rewarded him for making the right decisions and not panicking or getting frustrated at the lack of shots.

This is a fundamentally bad team. I guess Silas should be given one more year, but he’s got to get them more prepared in basically every single area or he should be gone. They are not trending in the right direction at all, and that’s on him.

 

I'm talking about yesterday when he let Green play in garbage time which increased his confidence.

From what I am seeing from Green, the last few weeks especially - he's showing a LOT of growth. His patience is so high - almost too high. He's really trying to take in feedback and play right.

I'm not regretting this pick.

 

Green's going to be a helluva lot of fun once he gets a few off-seasons worth of skill work and weight training under his belt. Sky's the limit young blood.
