There are so many photos of Russian military equipment either destroyed or abandoned it all looks like rusted garbage. I know we joke about it, but how demoralizing must it be for an invasion force to just break down on the highway.
What this has shown is that Russia is a paper tiger, their equipment is crap, their moral is low, they would get destroyed by NATO, they don't want to fight for Putin......surrendering their equipment, no will to fight...... Putin clearly surrounded himself with YES MEN who fed him bullshit about how people feel about him....... Narcissim is a dangerous drug.....that is why Trump is so dangerous. If Putin survives this, I doubt he has the stones to try it again. DD

That is a very over optimistic view of things. Remember not even ISIS was beaten by air power alone as both the US and Russia found out. Russia is not ISIS, the Taliban or Saddam's Iraq none of which were defeated relying upon air power.
I'm saying that I wouldn't be surprised that there is racism going on there because it's wverywhere., But at the same time there is a lot of propaganda going on so take everything you read with a grain of salt. Even news companies get caught up and mistake propaganda as reality.
This is how the Western media is portraying things, but in warfare, propaganda plays a huge role. It's very hard to separate fact vs fiction. You are taking what you hear from Western sources at face value... I'm not 100% convinced that the reporting is accurate. There is definitely an agenda that is being pushed that is a part of the strategy to combat Russia. Something I support, but something we need to be cognizant of.
Russia is advancing and still without their typical heavy artillery carpet bomb methods. I fear Twitter propaganda will fall to harsh reality of a dead president. Then what will happen to all the western unity? Probably turn into finger pointing.
This is true in theory, but I'm willing to bet that if Russia starting making plans to invade Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia there would be a REAL debate in the capitals of Europe and here at home about whether we REALLY want to enforce NATO treaties. I think a lot of people would suddenly flip to Trump's side on the issue and want to get out of NATO. I believe that NATO existence for countries like Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and even to a large extent Poland is more of a game of chicken than we realize. Russia doesn't attack because they know we MIGHT enforce it and we pray they don't attack so we don't have to actually debate enforcing it.

Why would we go to war with Russia to defend Finland? If it's a NATO country, yes we fight because we promised to. But Finland didn't want to join, so guess what.

Nobody is suddenly going to flip to Trumps side because of that, he is already trying to take credit now because he made NATO countries spend more, and he reluctantly gave more arms to Ukraine. Now I am not saying people will not turn on NATO but Trump will not be much into the equation.
