Great list, but its a bit ambitious. I'd be happy with a scaled down version.

    1. Green take a step forward
    2. Sengun take a step forward
    3. KPJ continue his efficient play for a full season
    4. those 3 (plus our top 5 pick) lead the team in minutes and usage. No more wood, gordon, Schroder in the way. trade them or give them reduced roles.

Silas doesn't need to be a good X's and O's coach. He needs to be a good development coach. If he can do that, then he can stick around during the rebuild. So far I haven't seen him prioritize the young guys nearly enough.

He's not playing the rookies enough. He letting vets play too much mins. And to top if off he's still ends up losing.

I just don’t get what the point is of playing the vets. We are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, yet we still start and play 33 year old Gordon 30 minutes a game??? Love Schroder…but why play a guy who won’t be here next year so much, over a guy like Christopher who can learn and will be here??? Sengun needs to be starting next to Wood (over Gordon) to get valuable minutes and time on the court. Call me crazy but I’d even like to see Nix get a few minutes against NBA talent so we can evaluate what we have with him. Hilarious the way Silas coaches with the vets and still has lost 10+ in a row more times than any other coach in Rockets history.

Don't you dare question a coach with a history of developing the likes of LeBron James, Steph Curry and Luka Doncic.

Easy answer assistant head coach in charge of development. Let the real head coach be in charge of the offense, defense, rotations, etc. Get this goof ball into a position where he can actually help, maybe team psychologist?

He gets until next halfway through next year

I have no doubt the front office is telling him to lose

    why no

green , kpj , JC , Tate , sengun on the floor at the same time ? Or even 4/5 ?

Stone not trading Ego at the deadline wasn't the worst thing in the world. Would've been nice, but Ego can still be moved at some point if he wants to be.

If he doesn't want to go anywhere, let the man stick around.

The issue is that the Silas is playing him way too many minutes. He should be shut down for the rest of the year or playing very little. Let him get 5-7 minutes per half.

Losing with vets and not getting your younger guys with potential enough exposure to develop is just a bad look. If you're going to rely on vets at the cost of developing your younger players at least win some damn games.

Meh if Christian Wood would play defense like a big man they'd have a much better record.

Wonder how Schroder likes defending Zubac?

When we’re at the point of excusing loss after loss after loss after loss by the false justification that the owner must be telling this guy to lose on purpose…..then it is definitely time for him to go!

Your theory doesn’t work unless Gordon and Schroder are in on the fix. He wouldn’t be playing vets 30 minutes a game over the kids if he is losing intentionally.

He's taking one for the team. With 20 games to go SIlas is going to try and obliterate that 20 game losing streak he engineered last year.

the only way Green gets his touches is if he's the main ball handler. Too many ballhoggers on the team that don't make the easy pass

Yes, it's time to fire Silas this off-season. Bring up someone from the G League coaching staff.

Why wait until offseason??????? Lucas has earned the shot to see if he can coach the last 20+ games of the season. It’s called advance scouting and let’s us see how he performs as a head coach before making another mistake!!!
