he has created a prison of his own making. this will be how he has to live for the rest of his life. this actually makes him even more dangerous b/c he knows he has nothing to loose. trumpers aside, there is no coming back from this for him. he either goes all in on destroying ukraine and clamping down on his own citizens or he will be overthrown/arrested/assassinated.

 

If it comes to that the west will try to take him out. Or fellow Russians from the inside. They will kill him one way or the other

You do realize the only reason why Europe cares about Ukraine is because this would put Russia right at their door step. If Ukraine was in the middle of Africa, nobody would give a rats ass.
