Forcing children to wear a mask is child abuse. The Left failed children.

A lot of people in both Florida and CA are vaccinated which masks a lot of infections. The difference is, California tests 50% more people per 100k in pop which is going to result in more of those infections being detected.

You're right, masks aren't as effective against Omicron. They should end mask mandates except for vulnerable populations and very crowded situations outside medical and food prep areas. But it takes time for the data to catch up and public health officials are being overly cautious because we live in a culture where if you make a mistake, you will be bashed and potentially sued.

It looks like all of the adults are at tables eating and drinking which is consistent with current masking rules including for children.

Posting pics of people following the guidelines pretending it's hypocrisy is not a good look.

I was talking about regulations which allow indoor dining and drinking based on the current numbers.

 

The science says that eating isn't going to prevent.

The science comes into play regarding when the numbers allow indoor dining.

Nobody including the most die-hard mask proponents suggests science indicates eating without masks helps prevent spread of Corona. They all know there is increased risks while eating without masks. It's just when vaccination rates and hospitalization numbers warrent allowing indoor dining, it is permitted.

Trying to make jokes based on a position NOBODY holds makes no point.
