If harden wins a ring he jumps curry on the all-time list( they are close right now). Most advanced metrics have harden locked in as a top 25 player ever and he hasn’t won a ring yet. Realgm had him ranked 31.. and realgm hates hates harden

He’s still got 3 rings and Harden is forever stuck at 0. I don’t even get where this notion that I’m a Warriors/Curry fan comes from. I guess pointing out Harden’s shortcomings while he was here makes me a Hater and a Curry/Warriors fan according to the Harden fan club.

You think klay/durant/draymond had nothing to do with the rings? Plenty of players have far more then 3 rings, doesn’t make then better then curry. Curry in the playoffs drops off a lot and really drops off come finals time.

He's been wildly inconsistent. He scored below 20 points in 6 of 18 games after Christmas. That's subpar by Harden's standard. Whenever he had a string of bad games, his haters came out to goad and his apologists countered with "he's been playing hurt."

I seldom comment on Harden's bad games. Anyway, I never bought the injury excuse. He looked like he checked out in some games while fully capable in other games. More like motivational issue to me.

What difference does it make to you? Harden is always and will forever be #1 on your list anyways.

    Def : 109.2 (11th)
    Net : +1.9 (12th)

    Last 2 games with Harden

    Off : 124.6 (3rd)

Harden averaging 12 assists and 2 turnovers a game since being in Philly

last year in BK when they had shooting and spacing, 11 assists to 4 turnovers

Remember in the 16-17 season when he averaged 11 assists to 6 turnovers and kept doing those full court passes that would get picked off?

And what I don’t get is it’s soooo easy to be a reasonable human being with Harden.

Yes! He’s had some shitty playoff games and series.

Yes! He’s had some opportunities that he squandered with his own bad play. Though not every series lost is all on him.

Yes! His competition was almost always superior.

Yes! Injury luck played a significant role in ****ing his best opportunity at a title.

Yes! Most of his **** playoff performances(which no reasonable person is denying occurred) happened earlier in his career.

Yes! His overall playoff efficiency numbers have normalized to a point where he no longer falls into the “man this guy seriously falls off in the playoffs” (Which yes, early on in his career is a group he rightfully belonged in)

But no. These brainless folk have to dig their heels in and act like he’s trash, always been trash and always will be trash. And act like every Harden fan is a conspiracy theorist psycho like volumeone.

Right now Lebron has Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook and it's not enough. James Harden's best ever sidekick for a title was a chubby CP3. Lebron James' worst title teammate ever out of 6 players is Russell Westbrook (Wade, Bosh, Love, Irving, Davis). Somehow, some way though, Harden is expected to win a title with Russ, while Lebron can't do anything with Russ AND Davis.

Harden has always been underrated, he came closest in all the NBA to winning a Hakeem or Dirk-like title, carrying an unworthy squad to the trophy. Everyone else went packing. It was an incredible effort and he just didn't have enough. The humongous majority of title winners could not do it, especially against the Warriors who are once again showing they are more than the sum of their parts, they are among the best teams of all time that Harden was trying to take down.

Once again, just let the game do the talking. This time no excuses, he has his MVP and DPOY who can space the floor and doesn't overlap with his skills. I think they are going to murder everyone to be honest. If I'm being totally totally honest, I can't see anyone but the Warriors challenging them. They will have 2 of the top 3 ISO players in every series (2 of 2 in most series), and that's a MASSIVE factor in NBA playoffs.

it’s not easy when u carry so much emotional trauma

when a jealous sad and lonely ex or bitter baby momma describes their past relationship, it will always be “he was trash,” “he was a bum,” “I never liked him anyway,” etc…meanwhile they stay following him as he lives in their head rent free

they’ll claim they don’t care about Harden, but they just can’t stop thinking about him

    that describes these clowns

it’s amusing to see just how hurt they really are, then they lash out others because hurt people hurt people

I'm rooting for Harden, but come on man, it's 2 games. Do you think prior to the trade Philly didn't have a 2 game stretch with top5 offense/defense? We talkin' bout 2 games.

If they stay healthy I think they will win the East. Harden has historically had very good results when paired with another top 20 player if both are healthy. CP3 2018 and last year with KD are the only two years of that, and in my opinion, those teams would have both won it all if not for injuries.

Embiid and Harden will definitely need one another in the postseason. Harden has his moments of playing less than stellar in the playoffs and Embiid has ran out of gas over the past few postseasons having to carry that team. If Maxey and Thybulle come to play the Sixers should be in the ECF at the very least.

He even got to the WCF with a somewhat gimpy Dwight Howard.

You are exactly right, Rings = greatness.

Jack Haley is way better than Charles Barkley, Karl Malone or John Stockton.

Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili are better than Steph Curry and Dr. J since they have four rings and Steph and Dr. J only have three and one ring, respectively.

Anything else you wish to add?

    An absolute asinine argument.
