No way. Queen is an inefficient scorer and does nothing else at 24.5 points on 19.2 shots. Nix is more efficient and does everything else at 21 points on 15 shots. The only place Queen is beating Nix is in shot volume and minutes, and hence total points. Nix is the best player on the Vipers and he's not even in very good shape.
Disagree. Queen is easily the best 2 way player on team as well as the most prolific offensively. As for knocking Trev on efficiency, why the double standard considering your love of Jalen Green who is the king of inefficiency. At least Queen's play actually leads to WINS.
Wow, you're so off dude. Queen is a totally negligible defender and he's FIVE years older lol. Nix actually looks like he will be a good NBA defender. On offense, it's laughable. Nix can get to the line, shoot the 3 efficiently, pass, orchestrate, outlet. Overall way more efficient and Nix takes a great volume of shots himself. It's not close. There's literally nothing Queen does better except take more shots to score more points. Nix is the far superior shooter, driver, passer of the ball.
You just described Jalen Green vs KPJ. FYI - Queen is the more disruptive and switchable defender. And I was talking about the VIPERS. Neither player has proven jack in the NBA.
I'm talking about who is the better NBA-style basketball player between Daishen Nix and Trevelin Queen if you're interested. Queen is more active, like a Montrezl Harrell or Kenneth Faried or Pat Beverley. That's not defense, that's a sub category of defense called deflections and there are lots of players good at it who are not good defenders. Nix gambles for steals and contests late on people who get past him. He's no more switchable than Nix. Again, even if he were slightly better on defense, Nix blows him out of the water on offense.
You can't even get your arguments straight, be consistent on your player evaluations. Queen is more efficient offensively, more switchable and more disruptive defensively than Green was in G League. Nix as an NBA player is TBD. G League stats mean absolutely NOTHING. We all know that performances at that level does not translate the way you think it does to NBA. He is not demonstrably better at defense and he is far less efficient than Nix on offense. They're both good young players anyway. You seem to insist on taking every discussion towards bashing someone or something, I'm not interested, I'm happy with everything we have.
Queen IS the BEST player on the Vipers, I said this very clearly and unambiguously from jump street. Queen leads team in scoring. And Queen also leads team in disruptions and is more switchable than Nix. If ANYONE is moving the goal posts it is YOU.
I was surprised that this wasn't a Trevelin Queen signed an NBA contract. It would have been funny if the Rockets had waited until the Lakers were eliminated to release Schroder.
