Is there anyone on this board who used to work for Star Pizza? I've been trying for years to duplicate the wheat crust and I'm about ready to give up. Anyone know the secret? What makes it soooo damn perfect!
No, but I miss that pie. Deep dish wheat, Italian sausage, spinach, basil, garlic, mushrooms, onion, roasted red pepper.... fuuuuuuuuuck that's good eta, variety 2: ixnay the sausage/mushrooms; add grilled chicken and artichoke hearts
