Do I believe in it? I don’t… I stopped formally praying to God a long time ago and I was going to be a Jesuit at one time before changing my mind. What I believe is men use God as a justification to defend them doing terrible things. Everyone doing terrible things believes God is on their side and if they kill or rape there is a reason for it. They have to so they can wake up tomorrow. This attitude has been around a really long time and it’s scattered in the Old Testament and Koran. The evil acts are justified as being in the interest or supported by God. I think that when you are the aggressor and you are raping, pillaging and murdering you need to realize you don’t really give a damn about God but base instincts that we call evil or immoral. Having said that, as someone that was willing to dedicate his life to Jesus and humanity and the Church - I had to come to the realization that the Old Testament, part of the Bible that guided my faith, was full of examples justifying terrible acts in the name of a Christian God. The New Testament isn’t perfect but is far better…. But the Abrahamic religions portray a God that openly engages in murder and murder is justified as being in the name of God. This fact is the largest reason that I am not a priest.

We hear about how America was unified going into WWII but it isn’t accurate. Many German Americans liked and supported Hitler, as well as a number of fascist Americans. Many Italian Americans supported Mussolini as well. The Nazi sentiment was so strong in the USA that they would sell out Madison Square Garden. Now there were protestors as well, but there were many Americans that openly supported fascist governments in Germany, Italy and Spain. Jews in America were very marginalized. In the South, they were very poorly treated by Baptists, Evangelists and the controlling white male establishment. The only group treated worse were blacks. In the rest of the country Jews were not viewed as white, not viewed as America because they were not Christian and all the stereotypes in Europe existed in America. the United States and the whole world was offered money to take well educated and established Jews by the Germans and no one took them… no one. It took Pearl Harbor and controlling the media by FDR just to get enough solidarity to enter WWII. After WWII those that believed in absurd conspiracies or supported Mussolini, Hitler or other monsters stopped talking about it for the most part because they risked losing their jobs, social isolation and being UnAmerican by the other 75% of the country. They just shifted to more acceptable things like hating black people, oppressing women and gay people.

It is estimated that more than 50,000 guns have been issued as presents from authorities.[3] Gun owners are required by order to renew their licenses and registration of their guns every three years. Failure to comply will result in revocation of the license, as well as confiscation of guns. There is a 10-round magazine limit for rifles. [4] Limited categories of citizens like People's Deputies of Ukraine, judges, journalists and some others may own trauma pistols that fire rubber bullets. We are watching a war of independence in modern ****ing day. I so stand with Ukraine, and am so humbled by their fight, that Ukrainian president is the bravest man I've seen in a while: the guy is George Washington in modern days. It is unbelievable. If putin were murdered, I would not lose sleep.
