There was a video earlier, can't verify it other than it was allegedly a shot-up Russian people-transport-looking truck, but I do know that the sides were made out of long 4x4 lumber. I would not want to be inside that in a warzone. eta: sorry, so sorry, that 5 gallon can I was talking about earlier is actually a 19 litre can. carry on.
I got into it with a Russian American gloating about how great Putin is and how he will move back to Russia if Putin adds a couple countries to Russia. I offered to buy him a one way ticket now.
Wait, are there still people who think masks are effective? Despite 2 years of hard data showing that mask mandates and COVID transmission rates are completely uncorrelated? Stunning. Learn from your mistakes, people. Adjust and evolve when you are proven wrong.
Why would they need nukes closer when it seems like the nukes of the world can be halfway around the globe in minutes?
I think the point being that in America, there's always some turds in the punch bowl. If you asked everyone to stay and fight, you'd naturally end up in a civil war, as certain people would turn their guns on you as they questioned your motives.
What concerns me is what Putin will do if this invasion becomes a quagmire for Russia. We saw what his buddy Trump tried to do after losing an election. Just as Trump could not accept defeat, defeat is not an option for Putin. It feels like he would do anything and everything to avoid an embarrassing defeat. With Trump, we had people within our government that prevented him from becoming a dictator. Is there anyone in Russia strong enough to stand up to Putin and rein him in if needed.
@Buck Turgidson https://www.kxan.com/news/texas/gov...sses-to-remove-russian-products-from-shelves/ Businesses are removing Stoli and Smirnoff. Smirnoff is owned by a British company (Diageo) and Stoli is owned by a Russian - but one who fled Russia because of a dispute with the Kremlin - Putin wants to renationalize Stoli and is targeting him for arrest. If this isn't virtue signaling on the part of Greg Abbott, what is? @MojoMan
To put this in perspective, 2448 American service members killed in the 20 years long Afghanistan war.
Dude, I was talking about during the height of the pandemic when Trump and his "Patriots" scoffed at the hundreds of thousands dying, and made a mockery of the pleas to stop the spread. By the way, you still haven't answered my question coward.
