Air power is overated in a building to building fight unless you are going to flatten the city. If they go hand to hand, the Ukraine might be able to kill enough Russians destroy enough vehicles and tanks to force them to the bargaining table. Granted two wrongs do not make a right, but does anyone actually think that this Russian invasion is worse than Dubya's invasion of Iraq? I suppose if some of the folks who seem to be rooting for house to house fighting in Kiev and other cities get there way it could approach the carnage in Iraq.
Did I miss where Germany is being attacked? Or where NATO is lacking resources? What does Germany's defense spending have to do with anything here? If they were spending 2% of their GDP on NATO, would Russia have decided not to attack Ukraine?
