The Ukrainian resistance forced its faltering allies to provide some supports. Unfortunately, the end to this in Kyiv might be very similar to Fallujah or Aleppo
Ummm, does he know that a lot of major Russian liquor brands aren't made in Russia? Stoli for instance is made in Latvia, a NATO member And this stuff is like when other countries boycott McDonalds or Coca Cola when they aren't happy with US policy - like that does anything?
Nothing regarding Ukraine is going to blow back on China. And they are basically using Russia to get a preview of what to expect if they decide to move on Taiwan down the road. They are learning the West's response, what tools they are likely to use, how far they are willing to go, what fractures might be possible, etc.
Not sure what they consider "Russian-branded", but there's nothing on a Stoli bottle that references Russia.
Their long time rival is losing significant power in the region. Will the central Asian countries be looking to Russia or China for support. Sever sanctions on Russia means less money to influence those countries. Their army being held off by Ukraine also shows weakness.
If, and I assume when, Russia deploys thermobaric weapons specifically their FOAB on the Ukrainian people, I think that will be a green light for NATO members specifically our forces to cross the borders.
It’s crazy how the US and Ukraine both recently elected tv star presidents. Yet one is the biggest coward we’ve ever seen in leadership, and the other is a complete badass.
