He's part of the intelligence committee and he's been pretty accurate in his tweets thus far about Russian plans and movements. I think everyone thinks something is wrong with Putin now. This whole invasion doesn't fit the mold of anything he's done or said previously.

Don't know about looking for a way out soon but if he believed his own propaganda that Ukraine is an illegitimate state run by Nazis and that the Russian army may even be greeted as liberator or that the Ukraine military will easily surrender and form a new puppet government, he completely underestimated and miscalculated. His recent behavior doesn't completely rule this out.

Poland would be WW3, we would immediately go in - that is a NATO country. If that happens Russia's old equipment would get over run, they would be exposed as weak, and whether NATO stops at their borders would be interesting. DD
Supposedly the rendition of "Imagine" by Wonder Woman and other B level stars has improved the morale of the soldiers greatly.
One of my favorite politicians.... if nothing else he stands up for his beliefs.... and I agree with him on this point.
