Indeed, I guess the US weapons systems that we gave them are working well and it is changing ground warfare, seems Russia has always relied on having more tanks (ala WW2) but that may not be such an advantage anymore if they are just a big target. DD
There is no telling what kind of CIA black ops stuff is going on. I'm sure we're sharing intelligence, information, satellite data...all kinds of stuff...not just weapons.

From a geo-political point of view I hope the $$ were worth it for the military industrialists and the strutting around was worth it for the politicians' careers. They have cemented the alliance with the authoritarian Chinese, but again it will just up the old military industrial complex with an economy equal sooner or later to ours. Silly computer game type stuff. Older Ukrainians have survived life under Stalin and the USSR andif necessary will survive a period of Putin who may be on the way out. Putin is not Stalin, as can be seen from the opposition to his stupid illegal bs invasion
This will probably force Putin out now.......IMHO, they should have guaranteed no NATO (Until Putin died) - but they didn't so here we are.... These people are saying "ENOUGH" and making the choice to fight - it is their choice, not yours, not mine, theirs.....and each of us has a choice to make on what we support.....I will support the ones under attack by a sick dictator.
