For CF.net history there was actual some serious talk about this. Possible doing a friendly Kumite in NYC. At one point Stack24 (not sure if he still posts) wanted to host it at a nightclub he manages.

Obviously this was never going to be a true grudge match but just a way of having fun with the keyboard warrior jokes.
