I don’t get all the negativity about Banchero.

I have him ranked 3rd out of the top 3, but I’d be ecstatic if we picked him up.

Chet has moved out to clear #1 for me. He’s going to be a weapon on both sides of the court.

I would too. I actually like Paolo. I don’t think he’s a number one on a good team but can be a solid robin or number 3.
Chet has a far higher upside and so does Jabari

On Paolo, his scoring efficiency scares me more than Chet being skinny.

I'd still have him 3rd, though.

You can’t say that. Don’t you know he’s the next Lebron?

    Scoring efficiency?

He is shooting almost 50% and over 50% on 2 point shots. What about that scares you?

His total scoring efficiency is 55.4% which is below NBA average despite going against college players.

You want to run those numbers with the other top prospects?

What are Smith's and Ivey's numbers?

Banchero is not playing with the spacing and other playmakers' he will play with in the NBA and for a guy who plays mostly on the perimeter his efficiency is not bad at all.

What is Smiths total scoring efficiency, and where are you getting these figures from?

Paolo is a high volume average efficiency player. Without elite athleticism and doesn’t offer net positives in terms of defense, rebounding or playmaking.
That player is valuable but not a star

    Jabari 57.8%
    Chet 71.9%
    Ivey 58.3%

All above average while Chet's efficiency basically makes a joke of the others.

    Smith has a higher TS% eFG% 3pt% than Banchero

Banchero is not a good 3 pt shooter at all

This, but Chet is somehow a scrub to that dude.
He’s literally having the most efficient season ever for a big man

    Link please?

Jabari is shooting 43% from 2 how is his efficiency so much higher?

    What formula are you using?

I will say Ivey numbers are better than I thought, but would like to see where you are getting these numbers.

You can't use these numbers in a vacuum, number of shots and where the shots come from make a huge difference.

BTW, numbers are from basketball reference, but is Points/(2* (FGA+ 0.44FTA)). Basically, it is a measure of how efficiently a player scores on a possession he/she either shoots from the field or the line.

On spacing, Paolo's got 2 of the best 3 point shooters in college on his team, and the only person more efficient this year than Chet on his team. Paolo does play tougher opponents than most college players which is why I still have him third.
