And Salyer at 2-37.

OL is fixed, I'm really all about keeping Green home. I'm probably looking to trade down from 1-3.

 

Watson is not agreeing to a trade where the FBI and DOJ is headquartered.

 

I will be very surprised if Watson is traded before the draft, and I don’t see the Texans getting the return they are hoping for.

 

So, if he's not traded and says he wants to play for the Texans prior to the draft. Would you trade #3 for Chase Young and #42.

This way the Commanders get #3 and #11. They draft Malik Willis and a replacement for Young.

Texans get Young and keep Watson.

 

Watson isn’t staying

 

I’d do that deal regardless of what happens with DW4.

 

I just hope it looks like one of these in some form.

I think this is extremely hopeful.

 

It seems to me the Texans and the Packers fans are delusional. It's like putting a high price on ebay and expecting a sale, when literally, there is no way anybody is going to pay that much.

I put a Mac Jones card to /99 on eBay a few weeks ago, hoping it would clear maybe a grand. Priced it at $6,500, sold at $3,600. These things are going for like $900 now.

I don't want to do a deal just to do a deal. Hell I am a jerk who would tell Watson if you don't want to go where we send you then you are playing for us. Not dressing but playing and of you refuse then we suspend you without pay or you can to play for Washington

 

I believe this is 100% the stance. I think last season was an outlier in the sense that they wanted a good pick and didn't want him potentially messing that up.

If he's not willing to go anywhere that gives away a lot of assets (as has been reported), then he needs to come to the realization they just won't deal him then. It's his prime that's being sacrificed...

Listening to Lovie Smith earlier this week say, "Time takes care of a lot of things and time will take care of that situation too, with a favorable situation for Deshaun and us" makes me believe they have an offer or 2 they are comfortable with...for once this is a rumor I actually believe.

 

One of the many things learned through this entire ordeal, is how wishy-washy PFF (mainly Florio) has been. It feels like he's been a straight mouthpiece for Deshaun's team and only says the stuff that keeps Deshaun's name on the positive side of publicity (or Houston on the negative)
