The Jalen Green Experience is Coming

All I'm saying is it's an All-Star game. I wouldn't use it as evidence to sht on the anti Green folks.

A game where green isn't with his usual teammates/coach and lax defense.

 

And there's the crux. Quite a coincidence that when he was made the focus of his team he showed out compared to when he's parked in the corner with a "coach" who has no idea what he's doing and stat-padding team mates who don't set screens or remotely get him involved...

 

Here's how anti Green folks think. They gonna bring up his stats and graph where it show green at the bottom. How bad he is at defense, etc etc.

U could argue that it's bc of his selfish stat padding teammates and terrible coach. Sure but then your only evidence is an all star game. A very small bad sample size.

Gonna b hard for u to convince those Mobley lovers anything

 

Tonight proved that Jalen Green would be awesome if he was doing the AND1 thing.

 

Jalen Green goes off and plays with the upmost confidence in every situation outside of the one Stephen Silas puts him in. Terrible coaching job by him this season.

 

What do u think is more of a factor that green looks "bad" playing alongside side wood or having silas as hc?

 

I just want to ask about the stats of Suggs, Mobley, Cade, Wagner, Okoro, Bey,
Cole Anthony, Anthony Edwards, etc vs that same lax defensive stuff?

FFS, it was an exhibition game.

 

Exhibition but one thing is clear. A faster pace, running in transition plays to his style. No excuse to not set him up for 3 lobs a game. Past 2 games he's had that. Easy 4 points-6pts from lobs.

 

Just looked at HOF Gary Payton’s numbers. He didn’t average double figures until Year 3 and didn’t average 20 until Year 5. This despite playing 80+games per season.

Point is that Green has time and the fans (like me) have to be patient. Because the tools are there. Plus it’s obvious now that the guy works on his game. And I’m a guy who loved Mobley in the draft.

 

Caught the highlights and there was no defense being played. Glad that green made shots but this is nothing like the nba

 

Tate played pretty hard for an exhibition game to be fair.

Like I said b4. Anti Green folks aren't gonna B convinced by an exhibition game.

 

I thought team Barry played the best basketball out of all the teams (obviously not perfectly, but the effort was there)
