Kind of odd he wouldn't call for help if he was that badly hurt or let someone know what happened. They seem to be indicating he had a smashed orbital bone. If you do that you are 100% calling for help or letting someone know. Very odd case. Maybe he laid down to try to recover for a minute and just never was able to gather himself to wake back up. Who knows...
You almost have to get into weird scenarios to try and explain the injuries -- like he was goofing around and jumped into the bed and his landing was off and it whipped his head into the headboard and he was knocked out and never woke up. Hopefully they will release more info because this definitely strange -- foul play seems really out there.
He hired a really big ass gordita to sit on his face, which instantly killed him on impact. She took the money out of his wallet and left.
My boss from a previous company passed away from a head trauma incident where he was at a restaurant and just slipped and hit his head on the table. He was in a public place so his friends called 911 immediately but it didn't matter. The brain trauma was too great and there was no way to recover so they had to let him go at the hospital. These sort of incidents can happen.
Don’t they have to do a CT scan. Then, if trauma found, cut out a piece of the skull to allow the brain room to swell? Was that done in your boss’s case? Or, have I been watching too much Chicago Med?
They did the CT Scan and I believe they did the surgery to give the brain room to swell but the bleeding had actually broken through and was escaping his brain at this point and pooling up outside it. They did stop the bleeding but it was too late and I believe he was declared brain dead a few days after the initial surgeries. The point being that even if circumstances are perfect and you can get someone to a hospital immediately, it doesn't necessarily change the result.
the trauma from Bob which makes it suspicious is from the face. Occipital impacts are deadly and common from backward falls
Freaking terrible. I have 12 and 9 year old boys. I’ve always harped on them being careful and talked to them about head trauma. Can I ask how it happened to your friend’s son?
I don't have the full story and when our mutual friend started to tell me, I stopped him. I just couldn't take the details. I'll get the story eventually.
Nahh. You don’t have to. Thank you. I just wanted to use it to talk to my boys about it. Breaks my heart, man.
Bob Saget's family sues to stop the release of records from death investigation https://www.npr.org/2022/02/15/1081018419/bob-saget-family-lawsuit-records
There's probably about ten times I've almost slipped and fell getting in and out of a shower/tub. That is dangerous even when you are in your prime. It's weird how bathrooms are made up of all smooth surfaces by default. It's like they are trying to kill us.
It's reported that his skull was fractured in multiple places.... I'm not so sure about the "he bumped his head, thought nothing of it and went to sleep" story.
