    I thought he ws available - Clippers waived him earlier this season.

    Not sure about healthy? I was just trawling through the list of FAs and saw his name, couldn't find anything on injury status.

    It might be that his ACL injuries mean he can't laterally guard anyone, and so maybe all the teams know he will get burned on the perimeter?
