As for Jalen's rookie season.... I think it will continue to be up and down but hopefully he ends on a high note.
Yesterday, I saw him mix up his drives a bit more and attacking the chest of the defense. This is great to see. I really believe that once he adds some weight, the game will open up for him especially on those nights when he isn’t shooting the ball well.
I was responding to a post about KPJ and the strong improvement he has made over the course of his THIRD season. People were absolutely saying to cut him. No one was saying to cut Green, but plenty of people are still calling him a bust for being roughly as bad as KPJ was in the beginning of this year. Players improve. Sometimes slowly, sometimes very quickly. It’s only the armchair geniuses whose ego’s are tied to their support of one or another player who are incapable of improving.
Lol bruh Cavs success is because of Garland, not Mobley U acting like Barnes is a star player or looks like one, he doesn't Oh and Mobley is pretty much Ayton. But Ayton is irrelevant without Booker Wing player first, then a big is the pattern I see
To b fair people are saying to cut kpj in reaction to him abruptly leaving the team during halfway in a game. They worry he might do that sht again like with the cavs I get your point that it takes time for improvement to happen, but let's not revise history on y folks want kpj gone.
Mobley just might have it in him, to become both the best defensive player in the NBA, AND the best offensive player. Nevertheless, wherever he falls is likely a top 25 all time player if healthy. His game will evolve...and he's going to fill out that frame. Play inside or out. He's all about the W's, and he's a beast.
Mobley is a big part of the Cavs success so far. I like Garland, but it isn't all about him. If anything, it's Jarret Allen playing the Ayton role on that team. Mobley is playing like a cross between Horford and Gobert.
Forgot about this thread. Different angles on that dunk in the second Tweet. If he learns how to consistently split guys like this it’s a wrap.
Not going to read through 3-4 pages of this, but apparently, putting together a string of non-horrific games equates to something threadworthy, now? That's really sad.
Well Mobely has had 4 bad games in his last 6 going into tonight after being fairly consistent most of the year so there is that. Maybe it's like Space Jam, but Jalen took Evan's powers.
Green is seriously hurt by playing with Tate (who can’t shoot) so they cheat off him… and Wood.. not setting picks and diving bringing his man into the lane when Green and KPJ drives ever notice when Rockets drive it’s always 2-3 defenders at rim … look at other games and how much space players have when driving
Why didn't he take Embiid's or Giannis' powers and go for 50....... The Playoffs are not far away, competition is tough, so if rookies are doing worse that is completely normal. If Green can do well during that stretch, it would be a good barometer for later.
Ummm this is clutchfans. Home of ive grown to hate....; Are we just going to ignore.... This is new to you on this site ?
