No, but if you enjoyed yourself then I'm fine with it.

It happens all the time.... teams trade a number one for a future number one.

If I was his boss one of the first things I would do is hire a media/ public speaking coach -- his interviews are like nails on a chalkboard.

    Really?

He has been a big deal maker since he was 22 years old.

Closers don't need to speak well.

    That is actually funny.

Rafa might think that the entire Rockets are above average defensively as well.:D:D:D

LOL Schroder is an above average defender?

Well he has the ability to be an above average defender with his long arms and extremely quick feet, but that would require actual effort.

Good to know that we added another guard to get minutes and help us win meaningless games.... even better that he is an expiring so we really receive zero long term benefit playing him.

    In Stone's exact situation?

He'd take time off for his family.

Fly PJ out to punch Dennis in the nuts first and than maybe, just maybe, he can ride the bench all game long.

Schroder is instantly the most natural PG on the team. He actually has a higher career assist rate then Augustin did, averages a career 6.3 assist per 36

This team could really use a PG to aid in running the offense, so with Dennis being apart of the team, this is what I'm most excited/hopeful to see from him. Let's lower our turnover rate, for the love of god.

I like villainous guards like Schroeder when they actually play for us. Like Beverley Mad Maxand CP3. Guys hated around the league by their peers but produce anyway and make your team better.

The only reason to keep schroder on the team is to prevent him from signing with Brooklyn and being "home game Kyrie" to hurt their draft pick.

    I got nothing otherwise.

Right... that is what I was wondering too.... if Stone believes that he can sucker the fans into being excited about "the big addition" and he also gets to stick it to the Nets and possibly the Lakers for not giving up that 2027 #1 for Gordon.

Taking **** and repackaging it as a "**** sandwich" is something that I have noticed that Fertitta excels at so I think some of that is going on.

My dad is a huge Atlanta Hawks fan and has been for years and I am guessing that Schroeder was one of his most hated Hawks players ever so when I saw that we got this dude, I was just shaking my head. We also sign Daniel Theis as a FA and then trade him before he finishes his first season with us?? LOL - what happened to the story of John Wall finally getting to play this season? I mean I hate to say it but there's a reason why I don't post much in this forum - it is just too damn depressing and now reading about this just makes it worse. I feel for Eric Gordon because the dude deserves to be out of here and on a contender instead of this garbage dump of a team.

Something tells me part of the reason why Wood and Gordon are still here is because the geniuses in the Front Office think we actually can contend sooner than later.

    What a circus.

This team - hell the whole organization is always going to be a **** show as long as we have the guy we have as owner. Thank you for ruining this team, Fertitia. Way to kill my interest in ever watching the NBA again. You guys do realize that the Rockets have only been on National TV once this season? But then again, I am not surprised by this fact as they knew few people outside of diehards for the Rockets and the Pistons would watch.
