Who? I get it, when Brooks is hot, he's great but he only shoots well once every 10 games it feels like. Matthews has become the new shooting specialist and Brooks just offers nothing else in a crowded backcourt.
Because he's crap. 30% three point shooter with no shot creation skills, no playmaking skills, horrible 1-on-1 defense. His only positives are that he's an above average rebounder for his size, he's good playing the passing lanes and understands team defense (beneficial when Silas is playing the zone those 3 possessions per game). Highly situational player. He'll do well in New Zealand or wherever he's headed next.
He's a Houston Cougar. In one year Rafael Stone has waived 2 Houston Cougar players. Danuel House and Armoni Brooks. Imagine if Carroll Dawson did this in the 90s..... Hakeem and Clyde. @tinman
half the roster is full of guys that could be cut. There;s a reason why this team is the worst in the league. DJ and brooks aren't the worst two by far
I could be wrong , but I think you have to have available roster spots to complete the trade. They could immediately waive Freedom because of Theis going out. If they wanted to complete the trade they had to waive 2 players to accommodate Schroeder and Bruno even if they don't stay on the team

nwaba sucks. He has no reason to be on this team besides being paid an idiotic $10 mil. that's the only reason hes on the roster at this point. Garrison is a chucker, I couldn't careless about him. Garuba stinks
