Ben Mclemore was almost out of the league, before the Rockets Morey, Dantoni, Harden restored his confidence.

Ben struggled in the beginning but slowly began restoring and getting better at shooting 3s now with the Blazers he is doing well.

Austin Rivers also, same story, almost out of the League, Harden, Dantoni, Morey finding players.

Im sure Paul, Howard, WB, etc. would be all over that opportunity.

That's only 3 teammates and the same could be said for them.

I bet WB would no problem, and I can't believe you are using Howard as an example of anything.

I’m optimistic that I can score a date with Halle Berry but it doesn’t mean **** if I don’t do it.

plenty of ink about WB being pissed off at how Blames was coddled... showing up late for meeting and having to restart, Blames dictating practice schedule based on his social life, etc...

So does this hurt or help our picks?

trade itself i think helps us... simmons < Hard-on
no trade and Harden walking for nothing woulda been better...

Good question. Talent and age wise it helps short term, but hurts our long term picks. However, Irving + Ben Simmons will find a way to convince each other that they should retire and open up a Herb and Spices business together

I strongly believe this trade is PURE GOLD for the Rockets. Ben Simmons sucks -- he is awful. His mind is shot. Simmons has no work ethic or mental toughness. And the amount of money he is getting paid is obscene. All positive signs for the Rockets' draft picks.

There is also plenty of ink about him wanting his own team and him not liking Tillman but hey you believe what you want to believe but don't say it like its fact.

And Westbrook complaining about somebody else being coddled?

    Really?

Helps. There was a good chance Harden left anyway after this season, but likely a sign and trade. May not have been best scenario, but a decent outcome.

I think long-term this hurts our picks. Simmons is almost unplayable in the playoffs, but he's talented enough to contribute to regular season wins. Simmons is also young enough to be in his prime during the years we have the picks, while Harden was certainly going to decline in the next few years. I think the only way this works in our favor is if he has another playoff meltdown this year and has a similar freakout next year, but that's so unlikely IMO.

Hoping Simmons and Irving will sabotage whatever is left with the Nets.

Nash is probably asking himself: How did I get into this?
