There are not even enough minutes for the LAST four picks we drafted. Let's do quality over quantity this time around.
Shhhh people don't like hearing they're likely to be disappointed today. Hope springs eternal and ignorance is bliss.
Sounds like an excuse a scrub would make. "I would have done better but my team sucked" When I played on bad teams, it just made me look better....
I like Augustin, I liked picking up an extra 2021 FRP, and I liked pushing back our future FRP. Without the PJ Tucker trade, we probably don’t land Christopher.
Let me tell you something, your experience means absolutely nothing. Sorry if that's hard for you to hear. Means **** all.
TBF, Christopher would have almost certainly been there 8 spots later anyway, given on draft night it was considered a reach by almost everyone. I disgree the PJ ‘haul’ was a meaningful trade relative to the expectation laid out by HOU asking price (we want a 1st or three 2nd Rounders for PJ!), but fair enough on you having your opinion. My point was that we’ve now see several examples in a short period of time where what we got relative to where the Rox set their expectations has been way, way off, and it seems like it has perhaps cost us some credibility with other teams.
Really weird. I have basketballholic on ignore. When I hover over "Show Ignored content" the tooltip says "Show hidden content by basketballholic" and I don't recall ever seeing that.
means plenty. I couldn't careless what a nobody like you would say. folks like you who act like that they know what they're talking about but have 0 basketball experience at any relevant level make me laugh. they just try to make themselves relevant online where they can act like theyre something theyre really not Also funny how you can't address the EG statement. Well that was obvious. that's why I posted it
Who knows if Christopher would have been there (or Garuba if we selected him) and there are contractual benefits to selecting a player in the first. In all, the trade package was about equivalent to a FRP IMO.
