Russ even holds the follow through on those airballs and backboard bricks…so embarrassing

If Lebron thinks WB is a better fit than Wall, he must be on the medical weed. I see a lot of similarities to when the Wall and Westbrook trade went down last year. talked about and just made too much sense.

I’ve been thinking the same. Hopefully NBA players are undergoing neurological scans and check-ups in their routine medical workups…

Like I said in the previous post about this "news", there's really nothing profound about "if Lebron thinks Wall is a better fit, a trade would go down". Duh. I'm sure it would.

The only other way to look at this is, "we're about to make a trade for Wall, and if it implodes even worse or the team doesn't get better, blame Lebron because he ok'ed it". lol. Hmm.... F5 F5 F5

They can't because the only player they have to match is THT and despite him being trash, he's their only bargaining chip outside of 2045 first round picks.

Best news I’ve heard all day lol. This is the Lakers basically admitting they are clearly flirting with the idea, have decided it almost certainly won’t work out either with John Wall, and are putting pressure on Lebron to see that clearly so maybe he’ll stop pressuring them for the deal. And if they do the deal and it doesn’t work out, the fans know who to blame.

So we are in the hands of Lebron here to either add a pick or be in a situation to waive Wall for nothing. I’m done getting in that guys head to predict who he wants to play with and doesn’t want to.

It’s also just dawned on me that Stone leaking out that they’d be in the game to sign Harden this Summer is clearly a back scratch for Morey to create some leverage that there will be suitors for Harden this Summer.

Makes sense. Westbrook shoots like he occasionally practices.

The pressure is on! By now, Lakers fans have to be in full throated, "Get Westbrook the hell out of LA!" mode. More importantly, LeBron has to want him gone, in my opinion. Meanwhile, Russ appears to be having a meltdown. Wall has to be looking pretty damn good about now. Can Stone take advantage?

He could… but will he overplay his hand like he obviously has done on nearly every trade deal so far?? If he’s not willing to be flexible on pick protections or demanding the 2nd round picks too then I absolutely think he’s capable of screwing even this one up.

We should have been showcasing Wall like 10 minutes a game then pulling him . Rick the Ruler implemented this when Tracy McGrady was having issues with his back and quit on this team. I remember we featured McGrady in very limited minutes to get his trade value up. Eventually, we ripped of New York I believe..

The Knicks acquired McGrady and guard Sergio Rodriguez from Sacramento; the Rockets got Kevin Martin and Hilton Armstrong from Sacramento along with Knicks rookie Jordan Hill and Jared Jeffries.

Would take a few alternate moves to reroute players somewhere, but It could apparently be done.

*Edited to include fewest players possible
