He is better than Simmons right now, He will not shoot a jumper and is scared to dunk a ball because he thinks he might get fouled. Have you actually looked at his stat line, or are you just going by a few random clips? Simmons is a bum who chokes on the biggest stage and even if declining, Harden is a much better player.
